And sometimes we get stuck, our hearts feel shattered, this world becomes a little too much for us to process, or we’re finally ready to meet and feel something that once was too big for our system to face. 

We’re both pushed by pain and pulled by a vision of the more beautiful world we know in our hearts.

HERE’S HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

I offer deep attuned companionship for people standing at the edge of a new chapter — when the old identity no longer fits, but the new one isn’t fully formed yet. I support cycle breakers who feel stuck in a pattern they want to shift through guidance and witnessing.

IN-PERSON ASHEVILLE HEALING SESSIONS

Sound Medicine Journey

In this in-person session, you and I check in for the first 15 minutes about what’s alive in your life and your healing intentions. Then, I guide you through a meditative process to shift the mind to an observer state, enter an altered state of consciousness, and access the healing energies that come through.

I am a sound channel, meaning my Being becomes a vessel through which Guides and Light energies are able to work through me to offer support. You may be taken on a deep imaginal journey, process profound emotions, experience different physical or energetic sensations, receive revelations and clarity, and feel deeply nourished and supported.

I do not offer private group sound healing sessions at this time.

Ceremonial facilitation

I offer ceremonial support for small groups through practices I’ve been blessed to receive and become a vessel of their transmission. These include:

• Gratitude ceremony intended to bring us into right relationship with all living being

• Rite of the Womb ceremony (I’ve been initiated by the Munay Ki lineage)

• Closing of the Bones: a group ceremony intended to help “close the bones” after childbirth and also supportive of offering closure at all levels of our being after a great transition.

• Fire Ceremony: a group ceremony where we call in the directions, work with the medicine of the fire to support transmuting what we are ready to release, and an opportunity for communal sharing of songs, sound and stories.

Some people collect shoes, some travel the world assembling songs or stories, I am a gatherer of healing balms and transformational practices. 

My superpowers as your guide

1. I live and breathe what I teach and guide.  The work I offer is embodied + deeply engaged from the inside.  Integrity and authenticity are everything to me. 

2. I am fiercely committed to holding pristine space and attuning to my clients. I will never spiritually bypass your lived human experience. My work is about companioning – creating spaces for your own inner wisdom to come forth.  OUT are the savior and guru paradigms and IN comes deep accompaniment and a fierce championing of your empowered, embodied essence. 

3. My work feels like being deeply held by the Divine Mother. It is soul-catalyzing. My clients report feeling deeply held and supported in an unconditionally loving field of compassionate presence.  Magic happens there. 

4. What I bring through includes and is beyond my humanness.  I am an intuitive channel, working with many Beings (including my Oversoul, nature allies, and cosmic beings + collectives, I work primarily with the Sisterhood of the Rose) that offer incredible healing support. 

5. Relationship is at the heart of everything I do.  That means my relationship to you in my guide role, and also that I am passionate about relationship revival/recovery work, which you can learn more about HERE.
