We are navigating an incredible moment in time.
We are living through a transformational process so big we can’t make meaning from it yet.
We are experiencing an outer world that often doesn’t make sense, where information is in great conflict, where it isn’t as clear what the “truth” about a thing is and what is really going on.
Things can feel out of our control and the winds can seem to shift at a moment’s notice.
With the great sea swirls gusting across our globe, what can we do? How do we anchor? To what do we hitch our faith, our trust, our truth?
We can look to the outer world in strategies of safety. We can push away or cancel what we don’t like and solidify bonds with what we do.
We can adopt strong narratives offered with exceptional allure.
We can outsource the free will, sovereignty, and joy that are our birthright.
We may also choose to look within.
To come back to the homeland of our own bodies, our own beings, our own worlds, and the natural world, and co-create with this transformational current for our highest good.
We can stand with great courage to face ourselves + the world humanity has built, to look at all the places we keep ourselves from freedom, truth, and sovereignty.
We can claim the throne of our own domain—our energy systems, our boundaries, our values – and what we choose to do with our precious time, energy, and attention. We can process and clear the emotions of this moment and those lingering from the past.
We can find our way back to wholeness within and watch the world around us change as a result of that reclamation.

Introducing SOVEREIGN: an immersion into wholeness
In this spirit, I am deeply moved to facilitate this transformational container I call SOVEREIGN.
SOVEREIGN is a synthesis of some of the most potent vibrational and energy tools + practices I’ve gathered, those that help me navigate whatever is happening in my own world from a place of grace, power, and wisdom.
Inside SOVEREIGN, we will work with a body of emergent work called the Circle of Sovereignty Model, a simple-yet-profound set of maps – potent wayshowers – that help us navigate into wholeness and empowered presence, finding our way back home to our centers again and again.
The Circle of Sovereignty is a cross-pollination of the best wisdom teachings I’ve received in my studies of:

eco-spirituality

multi-dimensional healing
and much more
It’s a guide map you can walk with for the rest of your life, continuously showing you the way back to your own inner freedom and empowered presence.
When will the Sovereign Immersion Take Place?
The teachings and tools of SOVEREIGN will be shared over the course of FIVE weeks in September 2021 from new moon to new moon, during the Virgo Lunation, which is archetypally associated with sovereign wholeness. Live call dates are listed below. Immersion runs 6 Sept to 5 Oct 2021.

On each call, we will open with a powerful energy medicine practice, explore wisdom teachings that support your wholeness, and allow time to share, be seen and receive support. All calls are recorded and will be shared with participants.
A Library of Potent Energy Medicine Practices + Tools
These tools + practices will help you ground, clear energy, and come back into your center. These are the most potent tools I know to come back to our own energetic power, presence and sovereignty. Delivered in video and audio versions you can keep for life.
SOVEREIGN Sound Transmission Series
This series of sound transmissions offers vibrational, alchemical medicine to clear layers of overwhelm and density, as well as imprints and patterns from our past, the perinatal period, past + parallel lives and our ancestral lineages.
Details of our Sovereign Immersion Journey
Week One: ENERGY ASSESSMENT
LIVE CALL: Monday, September 6 | 4-6 PM EST
In week one, will we explore where in our lives we are leaking energy + how we can seal those up, as well as what is generative in our worlds + how we can support our own sovereign wholeness at this time. We’ll clear top layers of density related to overwhelm, fear, freeze, hopelessness, and outer distortions. We’ll also explore potent tools to discharge energies that don’t serve us, complete the stress response, honor what is so, and step into radical personal responsibility.
Week Two: WHAT KEEPS US FROM FREEDOM
LIVE CALL: Monday, September 13 | 4-6 PM EST
In week two, we will explore the outer layer of the Circle of Sovereignty model, looking at the psychological fragments and inorganic operating patterns that keep us from our own freedom, both within and with others. We’ll begin to work with practices that shift us from operating outside our own circle of sovereignty by changing how we source energetically. We’ll be working with Gaia and Source, come home to ourselves energetically, and dance with whatever shadow material is being asked to reveal and release.
Week Three: CLAIMING OURSELVES + RESOURCING
LIVE CALL: Monday, September 20 | 4-6PM EST
In week three, we will explore the inner layer of the Circle of Sovereignty model, looking at the map back into our center and into sovereign wholeness. We’ll look at the organic operating patterns that support our wholeness. We’ll also talk about essential tools for sovereignty, including boundaries, curiosity, witness consciousness, learning to command our own energy, right sourcing, and having our own backs. Our practices will help us cultivate deep self-love, clear other’s energy from our fields, and support us to command our inner energy systems.
Week Four: OPENING CHANNELS TO JOY + DEVOTION
LIVE CALL: Monday, September 27 | 4-6 PM EST
In Week Four, we’ll explore how to use the third layer of the Circle of Sovereignty, how to move into interbeing and relational dynamics from our centered wholeness. We’ll also explore how to step into the channels of pleasure, joy, gratitude, devotion, and surrender as essential aspects of our inner wholeness. Practices will include an embodied movement ritual, and other potent practices.
Week Five: INTEGRATION, COMPLETION, COMMITMENT CEREMONY
LIVE CALL: Tuesday** October 5 | 4-6 PM EST
In Week Five, we will integrate and complete our process together, visioning into our unique way forward. We’ll complete our time together with a Commitment ceremony to solidify all the transformations you’ve explored in Sovereign.
SOUND SERIES
This will also be the week the Sound Series will be released. These sound transmissions support your clearing distortions and blocks to your sovereignty across time and space. It is recommended you take these at your own pace. You may choose to do them daily for the week or take five weeks or longer to complete them.
These SOUND SERIES practices include:
Clearing distortions forward and backward in this lifetime
Clearing prenatal and birth field distortions and imprints
Clearing distortions from past and parallel lives

Once you are registered, you will receive a welcome email. The energy tools + practices will be emailed to you throughout the immersion and also be housed on a private webpage to which you will have lifetime access. Live weekly calls with happen on Zoom and the recordings will be emailed within 48 hours. The Sound Transmissions will be both emailed and shared on the private webpage.
